A Tumbler should be your next tool Purchase!

I get asked a LOT about what tools are must haves. Xuron pliers will always be my top answer.  My second answer is a rotary tumbler!

If you are making chainmail jewellery WITHOUT a tumbler, you are missing out on making your jewellery next level smooth.  It's also a fast and easy way to clean tarnished jewellery!

How do you tumble?  It's easy.  Buy a cheap tumbler.  I prefer these plastic barrel ones-- rubber barrels can leach and turn things black, but these clear barrels don't do that.

Here a link to an amazon for under $100 CAD.  https://amzn.to/4kr1oJg

Inside your tumbler you will need a package of steel shot CLICK HERE FOR THE SHOT WE SELL  You can then add a burnishing compound, or even grate up a teaspoon of Ivory bar soap.  Top with water, and then add some finished jewellery, Let it run for 30-60 mins and see what you have!
Your jewellery will feel must smoother, at it helps tweak any rough closures, and will clean up all the rings. Stainless Steel,  Copper, Bright aluminum and sterling silver jewellery looks AMAZING coming out of the tumbler!  The only thing you shouldn't tumble is anodized Titanium!  That will remove the colour all too fast!

If you are looking to step up your game -- Invest in a tumbler!!! https://amzn.to/4kr1oJg
