WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE SCALES IN HOUSE. We buy and resell from the same manufacturer that most chainmail companies use. Unfortunately we have no control over the quality they send us. We can't control the colour change between batches, or if there is a burr on the scale when it is cut. We get what we get. Sometimes the scales have small scratches or rub marks from the edges rubbing on the scales in transit. There are no returns or refunds on scale products.
